My professional career started in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service in both local home-grown and global organizations. Over the years, I was also involved in marketing and sales strategy initiation, planning and execution. With over 30 years of experience as a consultant / trainer and having worked with groups globally from a wide cross-section of industry, I’m charged with plenty of learning-infused stories and case examples to share and I’m able to share them with you in an interesting and involving way. In the last 15 years, I’ve also had the privilege of facilitating strategy planning exercises for global organizations and government agencies. It has been very fulfilling witnessing the implementation of those strategies I was party to and the resulting successful positive impact they have had on their respective businesses. As a certified MBTi practitioner, I’ve also the opportunity to fuse the effective processes, paradigms and ideas I share with the human dimension that ensures their success.
